1.Type of - Natwest Credit Card
    2.Date commenced (ideally before Apr 2007)jan 1998
3.Approx balance - £9678 (approx - i dont have access to the exact amount right now
4.Date last paid (approximate date you last made a FULL payment) -last full payment made approx dec 2008 - token payments made from jan 09 up until approx april this year when i stopped paying completely
5.Are you on arrangement or not paying = not paying - told them to stuff it but more eloquently than that!
6.Status (default/in arrears/up-to-date) - i suppose in arrears & default, although as they dont have the cca i am presuming thway??at the default is void any
7.Account owner (who is writing to you, a DCA or the lender) - owner is Natwest - was passed to triton who after getting a few of your letters passed it to Greens & Co solicitors, who as far as i am aware are exactly the same people anyway?

at the top of my diary is all the natwest info. hope this helps. im sorry i didnt think to put more info in my first msg abou this... i forgot as it was at the top - i dont make it easy for you do i!!!

    hmm well this came today!!
a letter from 'green & Co' solicitors, on very posh watermarked paper... overprinted so things clashed..... and hand signed...Green & Co... not!

its too do with a old cc account taken out 1998 approx

    it says..

we are instructed by our client TCS who are instructed by Shatwest inconnection with the above liability

we understand that, despite formal demand for repayment, the above amount remains unpaid and we are likely to be instructed to commence court proceedings aginst you, without further notice.

however, before we commence these proceedings, you have one final opportunity to make payment of the above amount within the next seven days.

should our client not receie payment or acceptable proposals with seven days, it can only be assumed that you will not settle this matter on amicable and reasonable terms. we ar then likely to be instructed to commence court proceedings aginst you on our clients behalf....

i presume its just a threat o gram... as its not even hand signed.... but has anyone else had this letter and have an idea what to send back to them?

well got a letter from Triton - notice of legal proceedings.....

they are very dissappointed that the debt still remains unpaid so have recommended to Natwest that solicitors be instructed to commence court proceedings against me.

it goes on to advise that this may mean granting a ccj against me.... and that if it remains unpaid they will ask for it to be enforced... options as follows...
