    Hi all,

    I've started getting contact from Mortimore Clark solicitors in relation to two credit cards. The cards were with MBNA.

    I raised irresponsible lending complaints with MBNA showing that at the time I applied I had multiple defaults on my credit file. They sold it onto Cabot, I sent a CCA to Cabot and it took them 4 months to reply, when they did reply I got a bundle but the Credit Agreement had lots of errors where the terms weren't legible. My name, address and core terms had computer glitch errors with £$^%% in places.

    I can prove that I had Defaults at the time of applying and when I complained to MBNA asking them to disprove my allegations, they went silent. However, I've been complaining to MBNA and not Cabot because I've had letters etc from them but no official handover letters from what I read on the forum, I haven't raised a dispute with Cabot.

    They have now started calling me at work (Mortimore Clark), I never gave them my work number and they must have found me on Google which is frustrating.

    I'm just looking for a bit of advice. I saw Joanna Connolly Solicitors on the forum and see that they can help with if I am taken to Court but I am just looking for advice as to whether I am dealing with this correctly as its complicated and incredibly stressful.
