default notice 2006 been paying Natwest £1pm ever since..tried the CCA back in 2013..my last communication with anyone..seems Natwest might have sold me to Cabot around 2017 but I've been paying Natwest all the time..I've had no contact at all with Cabot and obviously never paid them anything. Is there an argument that if Cabot owned the debt these past 7 years that it's statute barred on the grounds i've never paid them anything and never had any communication with them..or acknowledged the debt ?
