  • 2x return to sender CCA request from Cabot from 3 sent

I have sent requests to Cabot for 3 CCA's [seperate acounts], all to the same postal address. I have been able to confirm that one has been received signed for on the Royal mail website, however 2 have been recorded as returned to sender. All were sent recorded delivery, and i'm now confused to see that two are on the way back to me. can anyone please advise me what i can do? Do i need to send tese again?Hope someone can advise me

Basically just put all 3 inside one envelope with 3 x £1 cheques.

but you don't need to send recorded. The fact you did and they've been returned means the request is invalid do you do need to send again.

Had you not sent recorded they'd have been posted or whatever and they'd be in dispute of your request.

Anyway, when you get the returned ones back just check the address and resend in a single envelope. It'll be fine.

Maybe send to the address the first one was accepted at - or send to the head office address from their website (complaints).

Exactly. That's why we just get a free proof of postage cert from the P.O. plus; it's free
