it now seems the account that has been passed to capquest (kays) have now sent a 'proof of debt' to iva company even though this was not included in the iva, i am yet to hear off capquest myself???Comment

I'm confused somewhat - obviously!!!!

Clearly, I guess if they are saying it is fine then it is fine however my concern is you're falling into debt with these yet you're saying it aint your debt anyway.....Will I still be able to obtain credit?
The IVA proposal normally states that you can only get credit if your Supervisor allows you to do so. This does not normally apply to individuals in business who can demonstrate that they need credit to be able to continue trading.
Why can't/didn't you add them to the IVA?
