Hi sorry to but in i have also recieved the same paper work exactly ? im waiting for niddy to come back off holls to have a look my cca is pre 2007 ,they sent me a letter first then sent the same paper work it doesnt look right to me eigther ,are they trying it on and have the originals?????

Their unbelievable! I was just about to send them off the CCA Query - Terms & Conditions Received letter this morning but perhaps i should send the CPUTR 2008 request to get them to give me a definitive answer to whether they've actually got it or not!!!!

But no i haven't had anything else yet, not sure why they couldn't send it all together?

In that case I would hang fire for a bit to see exactly what they send in their follow up.

Possible that BC are taking longer with those as they have to pull archived docs, but that may just be giving them more credit than they deserve.

Besides, Niddy will be back (next weekend?), and he may want you to upload the agreements to be looked at.

Hi Riz,

With the letters we have had as above, nothing else has ever transpired, nothing else has ever turned up. However they do have some very old UE application forms on microfiche which Wescot turned up months and months after one of those letters from BC saying they had fulfilled all of their obligations.

Not in the slightest bit surprised at that Garlok. As said, I was giving them credit they probably don't deserve.

But hanging fire until Niddy gets back gives a chance for a miracle to happen with the promised docs.

Plus, sending a templated response immediately on receipt of a letter that says further docs on the way suggests that you either didn't read the letter or that you have no clue what you are doing. If nothing further turns up after a reasonable time, then that's different.

Yeah i agree, it wont hurt to hang on a while and have it looked over again. As you say these doc's may still turn up and if not that's just another week gone by where they haven't supplied them. Don't think I'll be holding my breath though, the colour blue doesn't suit me!

OMG i can't believe the conversation i've just had! Accidentally picked up the phone to Mercer calling on behalf of BC. They said they'd noticed i'd spoken to Calders 4/10 and told them i was waiting for my CCA but now they've heard from BC it's all been sent. I advised him it hadn't it was just the T&C (by the way i had opened my acc in 98 not 96 as i thought, so those 98 T&C's are apparently correct!) Then he said he'd never actually heard of a CCA and asked me to explain what one was!!!!! I asked why was he working there if he'd never heard of one, perhaps it was more likely he was trying to trip me up? Of course he denied it. He then tried to tell me about Section 78 and how its been fulfilled. I stopped him abruptly and asked him how he could lecture me on Section 78 if he'd never heard of a CCA? He asked where i was getting all my info from obviously trying to imply i didn't know what i was talking about (which i don't really).

I got fed up of his games so told him until they send me an enforceable CCA i shan't be engaging with them and if he didn't like it then they could take me to court!

I hope i haven't invited more trouble, perhaps he'll take me up on it! I'm ok standing up for myself at the time but then i worry after!

Claire please don't talk to them on the phone, pursuing UE needs you not to be acknowledging the debt and the best way to go through the whole procedure is to carefully follow Niddy's templates with advice from on here. We would always advise writing only. If you accidently pick up a phone call, fail security or just hang up.

Received another letter this morning from BC. Seem's to be the newest version of the BC terms & conditions, but there's no date on it that i can see. Hmmmm. (i've scanned and posted them to my UE diary)
