Wouldn't the best way to get it sent to a DCA be to stop paying. In my experience what normally happens then is the bank piles on a shed load of charges, then assigns it to a DCA for collection and they offer you a supposedly tempting 70% discount. Problem is around 80-85% will be charges. Best to reclaim the charges then offer F&F.
