The letter above should be enough to send them running back to mummy. They both wrote to me in similar terms over a year ago, never heard from them again.
Thank you for your reassurance - let the clock tick then :-)

    Dear Sirs,

    Ref: xxxxxxxx

I write with reference to your recent letters and would like to inform you that this account is in dispute with the original creditor and has been for some time now. Not only is there an outstanding CCA Request under the provisions of The Consumer Credit (EU Directive) Regulations 2010 and also c.39 (s.74 (A&B) (VA)) CCA(1974) but this balance is almost entirely made up from charges and late fees which I will be looking to reclaim once the original creditor complies with my lawful request.

I have today sent Wescot a formal request for the same, to keep everyone in the loop. Please note, if you do decide to take action knowing full well I am disputing the balance and original terms of the account then I will be left with no option but to bring this letter to the courts attention in my application for strike-out based on, what would be classed as your vexatious, claim.

Please revert to Wescot for additional updates.

    Yours faithfully,

    Ok - new one

Received a letter from Wescot today - red at top and bottom Notice of Debt Collection.

Simply says to read both sides of letter and how to pay and to get in contact immediately to make payment.

But they do seem to have updated the balance following to £60odd refund from Natwest.

    Ignore?????

Random - but got a letter today directly from Natwest and it said that a reversal of £61.79 was credited to the account for a few refund!!!!

Apparently due to a "technical error in our system which has now been resolved"

    Weird!!!!
