    Re: Capital One

    Hi Guys

I have also just checked through my paper work and Iqor have had this debt passed to them previously in March 2011 and I sent them an account sold whilst in dispute letter and they thanked me for my correspondence and I never heard anything from them again.

    Regards
    BW

Just sit tight and chill as I2D says.

Sounds like IQOR are just collecting, or you would have had a notice of assignment.

Post again when IQOR contact you

            Re: Capital One

            Hi Guys

Again its been a while, so I thought I would update you on what has been happening.

First of all, no contact from Iqor until 29th April saying that they have been in touch with HBOS and they have been told the dispute has been resolved and will be contacting me with regard to the account, then on the 2nd May a letter from GPB solicitors threatening legal action if I do not pay IQOR, I sent a legal threat letter out to them on the 3rd May and have received a reply saying the account is on hold and they will contact there clients.

I have not sent them a copy of the letter from HBOS saying they do not have a copy of the agreement yet, I will wait and see what happens.

On a totally separate note, I have had a letter from Cabots about an old CITI card that I have not paid since January 2010, enclosing in their words a "reconstituted true copy of your credit agreement"

Now the first thing that strikes me is that the agreement has Opus on it, which I know took over the CITI cards and I know I have never signed anything as the account was in dispute with CITI at the time, who never complied with my request for my credit agreement.

I am not sure how to move forward on this as they say they can begin enforcement, but would rather come to some agreement to pay. I have also not had any contact on this account since April 2011 when I sent Opus an account sold in dispute letter.

Has anybody any suggestions on the way forward, do I need to send Niddy a copy of the "reconstituted true copy of your credit agreement"?

            Many thanks
            BW

                              Hi Niddy

I forgot to say that the original CITI card was taken out pre 2007, but I am not sure exactly when (maybe around 2003) I will try and check over the weekend as I have a box of old statements in the attic.
                              Thanks
