Re: Advice on Enforceability and Statute Barred please

Will just have to see what happens if I have tripped an alarm ! I haven't changed address in 14 years so they have always know where I am but guess it proves I am still alive and interested in my finances.

Don't lose sight of the more important bits, like the court papers! They are time limited.
I'm an official AAD Moderator and also a volunteer, here to help make the forum run smoothly. Any views or opinions are mine and not the official line of AAD. Similarly, any advice I have offered you is done so on an informal basis, without prejudice or liability. If in doubt seek advice from a qualified insured professional - Find a Solicitor or go to the National Probono Centre.

        Hi Purplefairy,
As Cym and PlanB say, you urgently need to address the court papers you have been served. Time is ticking away and it's all the more complex being a Scottish claim, so you will need help.

If you could complete the form linked below, depending on whether the claim is under or over £10,000, we can start gathering the info we need to help you:

Any update here or have you decided you aren't defending?
I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website. I am extremely busy so if you do contact me or need a reply to a forum post then use the email or PM features offered because I do miss things and get tied up for days at a time!
