I can see that once it's been deemed unenforceable, that for a while it's calls and letters from various 3rd parties using scare tactics. But rebutted with various letters.

I'm up for the challenge, I'll start a diary shortly.
Hiya, those two are good examples, however look at some of the older ones that have been going for longer and have bigger amounts; rhinoman and alland come to mind, as does locke.

    Have a good old read....

        Re: Is it worth it?

        Hi and welcome Fiscal.

As you've read my diary, you know a lot more about me than I do about you!

UE is certainly not an easy way to go BUT if the only viable alternative is IVA/BR then it's worth looking into.

It seems very complicated to start with but you'll soon get the hang of things - and, of course, Niddy's always there to help.

If you've already got defaults then it doesn't seem as if you have anything to lose. Do what Niddy says and have a read of some of the other diaries, they're all unique: a wide range of amount of debt, business people, unemployed people, people with illnesses, homeowners, people who rent - the whole gamut is there!

Have a look too at the threads which aren't debt-related, they're good for letting off steam and having a bit of fun.
