Have today received a copy of original agreement and request for full payment from Rossendales. The front page of the "agreement" is not very clear - I would say parts are illegible. How is the best way to send this to check enforceability please? My scanner is dodgy - are photos acceptable? Need help with this please? many thanks

I have sent them a final letter claiming unenforceability - their latest letter sent to me at same time now states that they are fully investigating my complaint and that all recovery activity is on hold .......

Just as an after thought I am unsure if I paid PPI on this - moved house so paperwork in loft now but retrievable - is it possible to claim back PPI if padi/mis-sold or best to let sleeping dogs lie. thanks

no - just trying to get me to pay - trying to intimidate me I think. I have the "no doorstep calls" statement printed out and I keep it in a spot near the front door also!

Still awaiting response to last two CCA requests - I suspect they are going to claim that the pound send for last but one CCA request is a payment which I disputed in writing immediately

Think its because this is going into the end game, and they know it. From what I read there is always a surge in activity on an account as SB comes close.

Are they contacting you besides the threat of visiting to which you have replied?

I have sent them a "no doorstep calls" letter and reminded them of my CCA request and no response to previous CCA request. Anything else I can do ? I feel they are harassing me

Baliffs pretending to be DCA's. Havnt learned yet that its not the same game.

They may visit you but they may also not. May being an interesting word here.

Rump egg is in a mess with its paperwork. There is alot of pre school paper cutting and sticking going on. Think the DCA's know this.

and even if they do pitch up, you don't have to answer the door or you can answer it and tell em to piss off....................they are not bailiffs and have about as much right to visit you as my giddy aunt..................
