    Update - heard nothing back from RED, nothing from Hamptons (as yet) however received a letter from Lowell stating that the complaint has been passed to their customer complaints dept. Been there done this. Lets see what happens this time as they insisted last time that the Application form was a perfectly legal CCA

      I'm sure you're already aware, Red does not exist! There was a company name Red registered at Lowell's address but I believe dissolved a couple of years ago. Sending threats in fictitious company names....isn't this what Wonga and RBS etc were recently hammered for?
