Since I was late on the GE one, I haven't done anything.

They sent me a letter last years saying the whole account was on hold (after I asked for all CCA's). Now they're sending me a letter offering a rebate on a settlement. I've just ignored that as as far as I'm concerned, they still haven't provided any CCA bar the GE one.

What do you suggest next? WHat shall I do about the Barclaycard one once the 12 working days have expired?

    Thanks
    Hiya

As Diddly has pointed out above, you sit and wait now. Both accounts are unenforceable until such time they respond to your CCA Request.

You really need to spend a few hours here and read other diaries to get the gist of what to do; what happens and most importantly - what to expect!

      Hi both,

      update from fairfax:

they have send me a letter saying that the full amount for all debts has to be paid. However, they still aven't provided me with any CCA about from GE and barclaycard (not even CCA), nor have they sent me their complain procedure and on 25th October, they also sent me a letter saying no action was required from my part (after receiving my CCA requests)

      Shall I answer or ignore?

          Hi,

they are now theatening me by letter and ask me to contact them. They still however haven't supplied me with any CCA.
Is there anything i need to send them as there have clearly ignored the last letter I sent them (missing prescribed terms & conditions).

          Thanks

            Re: Fairfax solicitors

Unless they are threatening you with court/litigation continue to ignore.

Post up the contents of the letter they sent you if you're not sure.

Don't worry it's probably just idle threats.

I agree - that is what to send, or ignore them - entirely up to you....
