Hi All, sorry me again, just wondering do I need to update my diary for every letter I receive or only significant ones? I had 3 more from intrum today but don't think they are anything that particularly needs to be addressed. Sorry I feel bad for asking but just want to try and make sure I go about this correctly.

OR, click edit, update you post with youe news, save.
Then, Click quote, and put any comment you want to make but not save to the diary, or just say " update"

[QUOTE=dmdm85;n1544677]Thanks guys I will continue with the advice on here apologies for asking about it but I just like to make sure I have researched all avenues. Can I just ask one more thing please. With diary entries updates I have the option to edit or to quote. How do I then bring these forward and edit at the same time. Sorry I know it's probably very simple but I am obviously not doing it in the correct format. Thanks again all really appreciate the help [/QUOTE

as this tick quote then use

    Morning.
because of covid, a lot of companys no longer sign for mail so it won't show as delivered, also mail is delivered in bulk so may not be signed for as some may just be put in with normal mail.
you can contact the P.O. to find out, you may get a free book of stamps if they haven't delivered it and gotten a siggy off the office post room

    have a good weekend

I was advised to do this on another forum but I am a bit sceptical about it as I don't really understand the process. I know the advice is no contact which I am currently sticking to but I was just wondering how this process is effective. It asks for the creditor to produce deed of assignment but in reality all they need to produce is the credit agreement to make it enforceable? Surely just 1 letter would do this (if the need ever comes to communicate and ask for it) or am I missing something here? I have read mixed reviews on the process. This particular forum advises strongly against ignoring any letters which is the opposite to the advice on here. I'm not saying one method is wrong and the other is correct just after other people's opinions. Thanks.

    Ditto:-

getoutofdebt (freeman of the land)., for free type hype? does not work but makes your case a looser it is nonsense we do not participate in such such nonsense. It also shows your lack of knowledge by debt purchasers and an easy target in court.

    Yes.
Otherwise it means trawling through ALL entries and possibly missing something important.

Yes just look at some of the other threads. Having all the details listed together means someone popping on for 10 minutes can easily see what happened and make a comment.
