Is the debt owner Cabot Financial (UK) Ltd because they may have other problems with your debt on top of the absence of a credit agreement?

Who was the original creditor and what was the product such as a loan, credit card etc?

And when did you last make a payment towards the debt? I can see it was defaulted more than six years ago (ten years?) but if you continued to make payments after that (default) then the Statute Barred date may be six years from then (last payment)?

It'll be good for you to establish what date you're aiming for.

My other half still gets the odd letter from Cabot for a debt that was SB approximately three years ago!

I had a letter for one of my debts, confirming that it was unenforceable and it's the best feeling ever when you're struggling with things!
