    Oh I agree, and I know now they probably worked together with my ex, he does have a reputation, having said that, BH should have a system in place to check everything out before they lend.... I m not being a mug anymore... got every confidence in you and my partner... Youre the only peoples who have seen the mess AND been constructive about it....Cant thank you enough P1

      Hi , I have today received a letter from the BH saying they are referring me to Apex Credit Management, and all contact is now to be sent to them.

      I would appreciate your input especially P1 if thats ok...

      What is a bit confusing is that the letter is from another person at BH and not the one we sent the complaint to.

      They have not responded to anything in the letter P1 composed for me...is this where I send a "sold while in dispute" letter.

      Comments and advice would be appreciated thanks....oh and I didn t quiver once when I opened this letter, this site is so good for the stomachchurns

        In a small way thats a victory.

        BH dont want to deal with your questions anymore so farm you out.

        In my mind your causing them too much grief (deserved) so have unleashed the hounds of hell on you.

        Thats said its more like the puppy as Apex arent the scariest out there.

        Just be prepared for some very strange random correspondence which can leave you scratching your head thinking what an earth are they on about.

        The funny thing is I am not sure they know what the letter was about either lol

          You could certainly do that.

          I'd be inclined to tweak it slightly, so it was more descriptive of the present situation, and enclose copies of the complaints which have been sent to Black Hearse.

          That should tell them immediately that they won't be getting any pay day.

              And thank you Ken, from what I have read on here this passing the buck is standard procedure and not one to be feared as I used to feel..... Its all a bit cruddy though when you think about it

                Ken's right.... this is a small victory of sorts. I didn't expect BH to write this off but it was worth a shot. They've still failed to explain anything because they can't, so in typical badass creditor style, they've just farmed it out to some other company in the hope that you'll think things have escalated instead.

                Does the letter state that the account's been sold or does it just say that Apex are now dealing with things?

                  Hi Priority.... they just say that Apex are dealing with things and to refer payment ( ha ha ) and correspondence to them..They then give me their address ... Thats all...

                    No need to respond until Apex contact you directly then. When they do, we'll just refer them back to their "client".

                        I had another letter today answering, or attempting to waffle an answer to the letter. I will have to scan it and upload it as it is very complex.

                        I don t understand though, why I get a letter from Mr M saying Apex are dealing with it....then another today from Mr J attempting to answer all my questions. which he does nt BTW

                          Oh well..... we'll just have to redirect him back to your letter and suggest he reads it properly then. Apex can't do anything as they don't own the account; they are just puppets for BH.

                            This is the reply from the BH complaints manager. I d appreciate comments so we can construct a reply.I do find that he is contradicting himself when he says the part ex has nothing to do with BH and then admits that the caravan was used as a deposit. Its all very complex, but I do feel I have paid my dues on this

                              This is the letter I received today from the DCA. Do I send a sold in dispute letter? But I am not sure its sold or just managed.? Thanks

                                This is where you need to refer them back to their "client". The quickest way to do this is with the A/C Sold in Dispute letter, but that is hardly representative of the entire dispute in this case.

                                I'll leave the tactics to P1, as having two people making suggestions on a case such as this can lead to sub-optimum choices being made, even though both people may be competent individuals. The one person dealing with this may well have a definite strategy in mind, and it is best not to interfere with that.
