These are copies of the original agreement that I foolishly signed.. the second copy is nt .... I m sure thats not right. I did sign the top copy though... like a prat...

Hi this looks exactly the same as my agreement with Black Horse, when i sent it to niddy he said its unenforcable because of the acceptance fee as it had been added to the total amount of the loan and it should have had its own PT's instead of being added.

I notice yours has an acceptance fee and a purchase fee so if you send this niddy which you may have already done you may find its UE .

Yes, please send the agreement to Niddy before we go any further with this..... They seem to have played a dirty game for a long time and if the paperwork is UE, then it will bring you a greater peace of mind.

I have seen that kind of response on there , its such a stupid thing to say to someone and i was recently a memeber of another forum nothing to do with debt but one member on there is bipolar and was having a really bad time and quite a few members told him to go comit suicide , we haven't seen him since i reported it to the host and haven't heard anything yet, i think this is irrisponsible of admin to allow that kind of bullying .

The internet is a wonderful invention when used wisely.

However it also allows some people who do not have normal social morality to pretend they are something they are not.

Internet warriors, perv's, scammers all poliferate on the net because its easy to say outragous stuff and get away with it.

If they had originally had the video conferencing set up and typing had been redundant from the start then say on a dating site you would see who it is not who they think they are.

On an orphans charity website you would see the 26 beautiful swedish lady wanting to get their parents casket out of Nigeria is not actually 26 or Swedish or infact wanting to get a casket out of anywhere. More like a 45 Nigerian called Ngobo or Nigel to his mates and wanting your hard earned brass because we are silly to send it.

Humans are a social animal. They need face to face contact. The net removed this and we therefore are left without some of the more normal responses that evolution gave us. We cannot weed out the less socially responsible comments.

If some of the comments you do see were said in a crowded room at say a bar or an event then society would be outraged and at the very least the person would be rebuked. In the past I would suspect a bonk on the nose was also very likely.

Hi well thanks to you all for your support, and yes it would be comforting to have something in writing to that affect. Can t tell you how this plays on my mind, ten years on and it all comes flooding back still.

I have uploaded the agreement in the secure area, although its pretty much what is on here, just a bit more organised.

I used to think , what I had, what I signed for then I had to pay, end of. I have gone over and over this millions of times. But, BH have not acted responsibly, and Don Amott was part of their dealings, so how can they say what he did was no concern of theirs? They also knew my situation but were so hell bent on a sale.

BH had a responsibility to conduct the financial dealings correctly and ensure their client did so too. and besides all this, they have had the capital back, within the first 2 years and since then all I have had is bullying and harassment if I did n t sent them money off the interest.

The internet is a great place when it comes down to these type of sites and yes there are scammers and pervs, but there are those folk round the corner in the next street, just got to be careful ....

I met my bf on a dating site, they are fab places used correctly..

LOL just re read, maybe a bad choice of thread title , although I have gone close to taking pills to finish things, fortunately I have good friends and family. I m more annoyed now with myself for allowing myself to get into that state and not seeing through the parasites aka solicitors barristors ex husbands salesmen financial twats !!! oh well , this calls for some xmas celebration ....

I had a letter from Moorcrap today, politely saying that they would be giving my account back to BH and are not now going to be harrassing me. It just made me smile because this just makes me realise that these people are all bark after all. BH have shown weakness in offering me a F&F or back to £5 a month. and have called the debt back from their DCA It shows that it does pay to stand up to bullies,

I think P1's letter hit them a lot harder than they would like to admit. All they are trying to do now apparently is just get the limitation clock reset so they can start another campaign of wearing you down. Don't let it happen.

You are in complete control of the situation now, and there is always the possibility of a Fobbing Off Service complaint in the future should you need some breathing space. I wouldn't play that card yet, keep it in reserve for when it is needed. It may never even reach that stage.

Awww thanks ever so.... I shall have to reply to BH kind offer of letting me off at £5 per week in the not so distant, but yes, I am going to keep going at this level.... £3000 has far more worthy causes in my life than a BH debt that I don t think I owe now....
