scanned and deleted name etc, the letter is 3 pages long, also they have forwarded an invoice for the motorhome which I have never seen before.

The error message was something about a security token, hopefully Priority will be able to read how I have done it this time.. if she has a magnifying glass..... I could re scan them ?

Ah, well, strange error messages happen from time to time. They're all uploaded now.

They're JPEGs, easy to magnify with basic software that comes with every PC. No physical magnifying glass needed.

Well thats good to hear as it is my main worry, love how you suss these things. I don t accept that banks like BH just hand out money without any paperwork or security. I have never seen the invoice that they sent to me before and i wonder why it was n t included in the SAR . There are a lot of discrepancies bordering on fraud, I just want them out of my life now.

You re ok I m sure you want to enjoy Christmas and I reckon even Black Humbug won t be at work either... thanks Priority....

Hi, P 1 ( and welcome comments from others ) In order to make things a little clearer I am going to upload the invoices I have received with this dispute. They just don t make sense to us. There are also just 2 statements over the ten year period which I have had to ask for. I cant accept BH reasoning that they are not concerned with the dealings of their clients D.Amott , don t make sense


This is the invoice we have just received. The vehicle was sold under motability regs, no VAT . I am not sure what the £6k is for, I presume it was the disability ramps and handles we had fitted so he could claim vat free. I have only just seen this invoice, My husband and I were not together and he had his post redirected , so could be the reason I never received it.
At the bottom is a contra which is the settlement for the caravan, can t see where it was contra,d and there was equity on it, I have evidence for that.There should be for the car but no evidence of that at all

These are copies of the original agreement that I foolishly signed.. the second copy is nt .... I m sure thats not right. I did sign the top copy though... like a prat...

(they belonged to me ) None of the amounts agree but BH say its nothing to do with them. At this point we were about to split up with one unholy row. I did n t get a copy of this until months later but was in too much of a state to take too much notice.

It may seem I have done nothing but have tried solicitors and ombudsmen etc along the way but never got anywhere, so I kept paying.. I can t afford to now, and think they have had their pound of flesh now.../FONT]
