    does it still cost £1 to request a credit agreement?

      The £1 is not really a 'cost' it's the statutory fee, so if you don't include it with your s 77-79 CCA Request then it won't be a valid request preventing you from using non-compliance as a legal argument in any Defence if a claim is issued.

      Hopefully that won't happen in your case, but it's always good to set these things up properly just in case
