    Don't worry about the length of time since you sent the cca request. It often takes a lot longer than the 12+2 days for creditors to respond...but the account is UE until they do.

    When you get an agreement back send it to Niddy for him to check User Guide - Sending your Agreement to Niddy - allaboutFORUMS

    Any other letters, just post and let us know.

      Finally received a statement of my account and copy of signed executed credit agreement back today. If was actually a bit more recent than I thought, May 2008.

      Have tried to take a photo to email Niddy but it's illegible, will need to get it scanned I think if it's worth doing, or would the date mean this is going to be enforceable?

        The date does not help, sadly......

        However if you can take an image and send it that'd be great..... no harm in blagging it, I suppose
