You can only be defaulted once. If the debt is sold, the new owner can change the name on the default (for example from barclays to cabot) but not the date.

The default should drop off 6 years from date of original entry, paid or not.

remember you only get one default per life-cycle of debt so this one debt can have only one default which was set at 08/11 meaning in 09/17 it'll be gone forever, paid or not.

so was the date of 08/11 the original default date or was there one from the OC earlier than this?
