    You can only be defaulted once. If the debt is sold, the new owner can change the name on the default (for example from barclays to cabot) but not the date.

    The default should drop off 6 years from date of original entry, paid or not.

      so was the date of 08/11 the original default date or was there one from the OC earlier than this?
