Mine was absolute money came to us as I believe it should do.

Mine was upheld by the bank no quibbles on that. Very similar to OP really

I posted wondering if ADVICE had a SAR. He needs one if its MBNA. He will find something very strange going on if he checks.

That sounds interesting what you said about the SAR, with finding something strange going on.

Cant really say much on open forum.

If I was OP I would get hold of a SAR and calculations for redress.

Maybe get Turboman to cast his eye over the calculations???

I just want to say thank you to all who contributed, you were all so helpful and non-judgemental. The good news is I got the cheque addressed to me today and it is now in my bank ready to sort a couple of bits out.
