Hello all

Just a quick update.

I posted my completed questionnaire and sent it off on the 6th September.

I received a reply from the bank on 23rd September to say that they uphold my complaint and will be refunding £3553.70.

I had to sign a form and it says the money will be credited to my account in 10 working days.

I sent this acceptance form off on 24th September and am still waiting, but they still have another 5 working days so I will see next week.

I am still not going to count my chickens until I have the money in my account, but it's going OK so far.
