Re: Failed IVA
Ok, based on the last payment made in 2009 I suspect these are duplicate default entries so the only way to get rid of them is to register with Experian & Equifax and then pay £2 for your statutory report. From there raise a dispute against the entries in question and add something such as:
Supergrover - For your info (don't send this with the dispute above) - the case I refer to is here --> http://www.theguardian.com/money/201...rdraft-charges
Hopefully they'll then remove the entries or at least get in touch with whoever added it - don't worry as the debts should be SB so if necessary we can argue direct with them later but for now try the dispute approach with the CRA first - if they refuse or say 'go direct and dispute it with the firm' - just let me know and don't respond.
You can sign up for your CRA's here --> http://forums.all-about-debt.co.uk/s...wfull=1#post75
See above - for now, don't contact the firm direct.
Again, if the entry shows then dispute it as above - if not then great.
Don't worry - one step at a time, first you need all 3 credit reports - there is Experian, Equifax & Call Credit - get the £2 statutory version asap and then let me know.
Good luck.

From memory I was in an IVA which ended in 2009 and I recall all accounts being defaulted at that time. Therefore, being this alleged account suddenly appeared +2 years after the IVA tells you it is an incorrect entry because as you know, a Default would have been registered at the time I went onto the IVA if not earlier. The point is, I had no debts from 2011 - the date in which the default was added. As I do not have the foggiest who the firm is please have them remove the entry in line with your obligations when notified of incorrect and duplicated false entries. I must remind you the the provisions of the recent Foster-Burnell v Lloyds case will come into play if this erroneous entry is not removed forthwith. I also expect you to remind the firm of their obligations within the Principles for the Reporting of Arrears, Arrangements and Defaults at Credit Reference Agencies."
