Ive today received a letter from nationwide saying my account is now being dealt with by a solicitor and i should make all future contacts to them. Still no cca from them

Just received a letter advising i have a chance to settle with final settlement payment. Still no cca

They have not dealt with your request for your CCA, so I would ignore the letter for now and see what comes next,
they may send another letter saying we are "here to help", or they could pass it on to a debt collection agent,
just let us know as soon as you receive anything else,

Hi. Still haven't received copy of cca or priority application as they previously sent as my cca despite 2 registered letters and 1 pound postal orders sent jan and feb 15. Today I've received final notice stating final opportunity to pay the 4k in full or discuss settlement by instalments or lump sum. What do you think ?
