Ive not updated this thread as we have not heard anything back for months. We have now received a letter from Arrow Global/Shoosmiths saying that they are the new owners of the account and to contact them. We sent a cca request last year to the previous company RMA resolve but never heard from them again. This is for the HSBC credit card and is for £4600 and the last payment was July 2014.
We are a bit concerened now as he is a homeowner as ive read about shoosmiths on the forum being quite aggressive. Any help would be appreciated. Should we just send them another cca request?

It does appear as if they're getting aggressive so sending a new CCA Request is a very good idea.Let your smile change the world but don't let the world change your smile

Yea as Pixie says, send a new cca Request.
I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website.
