You have no reason to lie - they do this enough themselves for you to catch them out and once you have then this is enough in itself to give them plenty of work.

And please don't take this the wrong way but it also makes it difficult to give you advice because if you state very candidly you're prepared to lie to a creditor then you may also be prepared to lie to a forum trying to give you help......
The forum hasn't given me 3 months of stress non-stop to warrant me lying. I can post the e-mail and my response up if you'd like, I haven't lied to this forum. I've not read letters properly and given incorrect figures but it never affected the actual advice.

If that is out of the question, is there anything not lying I can do to give them work to do? Vague letters or queries etc? The whole point is to get my own back, at the minute automated e-mails and letters aren't really much work for them. I want someone in their office to be physically sifting through paperwork etc.

      Re: TxtLoans

then report them to the FOS/OFT etc which naturally creates a paper trail.

What you are suggesting is bonkers, being honest mate. Do it properly, formally and get them on regulatory matters

No but you can see my point yeah?

The fact they've been harassing you is exactly why you shouldn't lie - you've done all the hard work, why hamstring yourself now?

I've helped thousands of people with payday loans over the last 2 years and I'll be honest in that with your FOS ruling, you have one of the strongest positions I've ever seen against a PDL company. In many instanced the FOS have washed their hands.

You're literally pressing a self destruct button by giving them ammo to use against you and portray you as a debt dodger not someone trying to sort things out.

I know its hard as these things are so personal but you need to stop thinking in terms of 'getting your own back'. You will just be a number on a balance sheet or a call system to them.

As far as the DCA are concerned they will probably know little more other than what txtloans will have told them which is likely to be 'Diasflac owes £££'.

I would not be surprised whatsoever that Lucas Credit Services haven't been told about the FOS ruling, and when they do they will probably drop the account hotter than a very hot thing.

You want to cost them money write a formal complaint, you can see their formal complaints procedure here:

        Complaints | Lucas Credit Services

Make sure you put it in writing - paper trail is essential because they HATE paper trails!

You can see the complaints process itself will cost them money, and I'd be pretty sure the fact you have an FOS ruling in your favour they will return the account as they will not want to risk the cost of an FOS investigation as any money they will make from collecting the debt will be wiped out!

Your complaint will have multiple levels:

        1) You've made significant effort to resolve which has been ignored
        2) You have followed txtloans formal complaints procedure which they have rejected
        3) You have escalated to the FOS who found in favour of your complaint
        4) The MD of txtloans is refusing to accept the FOS decision
        5) That txtloans is continuing to harass you in contradiction to the FOS decision
        6) That txtloans has used Lucas Credit Services in continuation of their conduct of harassment

Serious - you will cause them a massive headache.

          Re: TxtLoans

I see your point, this is what I'll do then. I have some sympathy for these DCA's occasionally (very rarely), the creditor seems to tell them nothing and they have to do all the hard work, then again they're vultures and it's the job they chose.

I'll begin writing my complaint letter asap, thank you.
