I have had 3 text messages from DM on 19/3, 25/3 and 8/4 and have had two phone calls this morning, one at 08:43 to my mobile and one to my land line at 08:43. This displeases Mrs Traintester greatly and therefore causes me stress!

I have the template Harassment by Telephone sealed up in an envelope ready to go recorded delivery this afternoon.

Does anyone know if these templates for harassment do the trick with this bunch?

One month to go before this one drops off the end of the credit file...

Is this the SB one? can you please clarify the date you last paid/acknowledged the debt?

What you must not do, however tempting it might be, would be to use the numbers who called you on fake adverts at adultworld.com which would offer all manner of kinky services.

Yesterday I had a text message from DM saying

"It is important that you call us on 08432****** Quoting Ref ********"

This I ignored.

I assume that if anything was important and they really wanted to talk to me then they'd just pick up the phone and talk to me as they obviously think they have my number...! Instead of trying to get me to fill their coffers by phoning expensive numbers...!

Today I had a letter from Arrow Global saying -

"Thank you for your letter dated 30/01/13, addressed to Debt Managers Ltd and passed to us for our attention as assignees of the debt. We acknowledge your request for documentation pursuant to the Consumer Credit Act 1974.

We do not accept that we are the creditor as envisaged by the above statute. However, we are willing to assist in obtaining that which has been requested. We will now process your request for documentation from the originating creditor and will revert in due course.

We confirm that all collection activity will be suspended pending provision of the documents.

We return the payment of £1.00.

AG."

Now we're going round in a big DCA circle...

I shall be ignoring everything for a while to see where this merry-go-round takes us

This is, as confirmed above clearly statute barred.

I'd not respond right now, let the eejits dig a bigger hole then we'll help you get em for harassment and breach of legislative guidance regards sending demands for a SB debt
