Have a Debenhams card.

Got the CCA via a SAR and Niddy unsurprisingly deemed it UE. (Storecard application but was morphed into a credit card with no new agreement signed)

I was advised that I needed to get a CCA request out which I have done. 14days passed just cheque cashed but no postie.

So suspect I will get the storecard application again sometime soon.

Am going to send the second CCA request letter on Monday just so they know they have an account heading south for them.
