    HCE Help needed

    I was telephoned today by a a rep from HCE ltd

    He said a ccj had been issued against me at an office address for a ltd company at a London address (off the shelf ltd company package office address)

    He said officers were running late and he wouldnt give me details of the ccj only that it was for some advertising that hadnt been paid for The company ceased trading and I havent been served anything regards to this CCJ NO LBA No application -Nothing! Nothing is showing on my Creddit report I suppose because they used an office address not my home address 100 miles away
    He said that directors guranteess were in placein the agreement I cant even find anything on this after extensive search of my old emails

    I dont want to pay HCE and need to Stop the action asap What is the best route to stop this in its tracks

        No I simply received a telephone call from HCE telling me their enforcment officers were running late to the london address, I asked for information but he refused stating the it would be presented to me when they arrive I have now found the advertising t&C and there is no mention of guarantees by directors

          On digging a little deeper, I have checked trust online for both my own name and company name with no CCJ found for either, I shall have to wait to see what happens next
          Seems to me that a chancer debt collection company are trying it on to collect payment for some advertising that I refused to pay for due to being missold.
