CCA request was sent to a debt collector on 7th January 2019, response received today requesting a phone call to their office to provide Identity Checks. They say they require confirmation of name, address, date of birth and confirmation of addresses lived at for at least 15 years. Considering the debt collection have written twice since 1st January 2019 is it necessary to provide this information b via a telephone call.
