A few people are in the process of starting up a "lawful bank", they just need a few peeps to sign up to it, no money needed as yet.

But it will be based on, fair loans, and mortgages, at a fair interest repayment.

No APR! a contractual amount to repay for the term of the agreement.

That sounds like Islamic banking - and also the way the Quakers used to do business.

One that doesn't have targets for the staff to hit, that way people won't be legged into something they don't want or need.
