Yep, that is what I suspected.. I will be sending everything (which I have compiled into one, nice, easy to follow .pdf diary with dates, photos, true copies of letters, all email communication etc..).

Makes it nice and easy to follow for them, so shouldn't take them long to reach a decision and enforce compliance!

Does anyone know if I still have to fill the form in on the ICO's website in order to lodge a complaint (dated 2010) since their policy changed in 2011, or should I just email them directly, with a description of the issue as the body, and evidence as attachments?

How can your complaint be dated from 2010?

When did you submit the SAR with which the Highly Suspect Bank of Crooks has failed to comply?

Not my complaint, lol.. The ICO's complaints form.. It is dated 2010 by them, but they updated their complaints procedure in 2011..
