grovelling letter of apology received this morning from Nationwide, they are offering me £150 as a final settlement for reporting the 2nd DN, would I like it paying into my Nwide account or a chq ?,

I would like it hand delivered by the pillock that thought they could get away with it, but as that won't happen send it by post thank's

              Nice one.

Any chance you could post that up? Or send me a copy? I would like to see exactly what they said, as could be useful.
