    Default=6years+ all gone whatever you been doing,paid paying or not. It dont matter. Your example if you had a default, that £10 after 3 years dont matter for data purposes its still gone.

    AP there is no date for the clock to start ticking to so the same account will stay till either a default or a settlement/satisfied.

    What the lenders see with relation to monthly markers is nothing so everyone says.

    Although I would like to know why Equifax seemingly likes to keep data longer than 6 years if we are the only ones interested in it. Never known a company keeping stuff just because they thought I might want it one day. So would have to say its either poor/lazy data cleansing or someone else does want it and uses it.
