Yep. My name is Ken and I once was a credit junkie.

The ICO wants to get its head round this bit of sharkery.

6 months AP thats it. Either the customer goes back on old agreement or a new agreement is drawn up whatever that is or you are defaulted. No exceptions.

And certainly none of this oh an AP is on there because if we defaulted you thats unfair because you are trying to pay so we dont want to penalise you. Yeah right lets f**k you up for years to come but the customer will think we are being a decent bank.

AP's are the devils doing. Give the creditors an inch and its hey ho silver off into the sunset with them.

When Gold isn't enough, there is SA Gold! New to the forum and find the UE route a bit scary? Take a look at my diary here and judge for yourself. I am now saving the money each month that was making little difference to the balance and not a bit of difference to my credit file as a result of finding AAD.
