Did you make the offer on Form N9a (included with the claim form) which includes an Income & Expenses form?

Judgement for Claimant received today. Following Andrew's advice, Mrs Baker admitted the claim and offered a payment of (I think) £30 per month. This has been rejected and the payment ordered is £175.85 per month. What should we do?

Shit how was this missed? I'm really sorry. Leave this with me, I'll ask andrew to help. You won't pay a penny for any PAYG services, we will pay it for you if it's defendable.

I'll ask andrew to get in touch ASAP.

    Niddy.
