      You mention in post 11 that they are students.

      Have you looked at the possibility of them being exempt?

        Also Marypoppins - they were students until last september so not sure if they qualify for any relief?

          If they were full time students at the time this debt accrued - they'll be exempt. Indeed.

            Hello everyone - I got in touch with Bailiff Help Forum and they have been fantastic!!

            I am waiting for replies from the council and bailiff and will update asap so I can help others.....

                            As I suspected, you're talking about the other forum. Not us on AAD. However it's good to see we were correct saying that your son was exempt in the first place.
