There must be a lotta luck out there then Niddy 'coz I've had a long trail of success with this. Many people think along the legal/court route, which is why they see no value in it and while I do get that... if I thought like that myself, then I'd probably have ended up in a court. It's a completely different fightback tool, I've used it against countless creditors/DCAs and it works.

      Horses for courses really.....

      Remember the mantra:
      NEVER communicate by 'phone.

      Send EVERYTHING by Recorded/Special Delivery
Keep a copy of EVERYTHING sent
      Keep hold of EVERYTHING received

I mean you didn't do it from day one. ie you picked the right time after exhausting the traditional avenues.... which is what I am trying to explain here - don't jump in!

Save it as an ace card

          Hi there

I have used CPUTR only once on Cabot who were getting quite threatening. Since using cputr all letters stopped and I have heard nothing from them in almost a year.

Excellent, usually that is what happens - ie they don't confirm anything, they just stop communicating. That way they don't leave themselves open by refusing or accepting your CPUTR question.

Seems to have worked so well done
