Sad I know, but I watched the housing enforcer on BBC1 this morning. It really does show how some tenants are complete B's , mind you I think some of the landlords weren't exactly charming.
If you own a nice property it must hurt when a tenant doesn't look after it but I think there is far too many slum landlords who buy up cheap properties, do the minimum and charge as much as they can.
