Nope this is the one with the tenant in situ. I completed on it last Friday The other flat with the non paying tenant was kicked out last July but I am as yet to sell it so it is sitting empty for now.

What a waste of rental income.

Is it in poor condition or could you take a tenant for six months while it gets sold? You might even sell it with the tenant in situ like you did the other one.

After all the hassle of the last tenant I'm not about to put myself through it all again. Admittedly I expected it to sell quicker but hey ho, the amount of viewings has increased last couple of week's so hopefully not much longer till I get a suitable offer
