proceedings started in June. Trail is scheduled for the first week of December 2013. i would like to ask the courts to reschedule the hearing for January to give me more time to seek for time to secure adequate legal representation

Did you get an adjournment in order to get legal representation for your Trial listed for this week If it's all gone horribly wrong please post up the details so we can see what we can suggest next.
