Does anyone know how things are going for ShedAnd? His situation is remarkably simular to my own... shortfall after reposesion by same mortgage lender and a secured loan total around £50,000, which is over 250% my gross annual income, bankrucpty looks like the only option but don't want to rush into it, and paradoxically if it has to be done I want to get it over with!

Hi Jmmy, so far I have not sent any letters to the mortgage company, they send the odd statment and I just file it, untill they start sending letters with some meaning and sting I will be keep then wondering, after all they have 11 year to enforce the debt and so I like to take my time.

        Cheers ShedAnd
