Afternoon all,

Firstly, thanks for your advice and support.

Secondly, we moved into our new house on Friday last week and couldn't be happier.

Mortgage payments have gone done by 2 3rds and all the stress has left my body for now.

Won't be long before it is back dealing with the other crooks out there.

I'm really happy to here this. It was all down to you negotiating with the lender direct and not getting confrontational with threats of legal proceedings however tempting it was at the time. I believe most people meet fire with fire. You got it right otherwise the lender could have responded by saying "No" to everything because they were holding all the cards. Well done you
