Letter received today dated 9/18, stating that the original documents are not on file and they will be requesting a copy of this from the original lender , Lloyds Bank.

Lloyds bank were the most difficult to deal with , they added on loads of interest , refused to accept any payment plan for at least 2 years after my DMP started ....

Response received today , dated 24th September, stating that the relevant paperwork isn’t on file, a copy of the documents will be requested from the original lender. I notice that the current creditor has changed to MFS PORTFOLIO LTD.

True they don't rush,
some may reply that they are dealing with your request, some may say they have sent to the original creditor, some will ignore it o,r some may just send it to you aout of the blue ages later,
don't worry about it, just bide your time.

So 2 weeks after I sent all my requests I have only had 2 replies ...... perhaps more will arrive soon

Hi Rosebud, I sent a CCA request in early April that was definately signed for, and I’m still waiting for any response at all - over the moon that they haven’t bothered as it’s currently UE! long may it stay that way.

That's what we are all about here.......It sounds like your starting to get things under control a bit

Hi spud, strange really , I have just let the situation plod along as it was easier for me to deal with what I have going on in my life, work , disabled son and a medical negligence case which has been ongoing for 15 years ! 10 years is a very long time to be paying the DMP with the same amount ahead .....
juggling life with all this has at times been very very difficult. But I really hope that I can get through this with the help of such a lovely bunch of people.

Dated and filed with all relevant paperwork. 2 out of 8 , from the same company. Let’s see how long the others take to reply if at all .....
