This debt # 7 is also with a Debt Collection Agency so can you give some information and background as to who was the original creditor, and if the account has been assigned (sold) then who is now the owner.

Use this format so it's clear what has happened in the past with the account >

• Type of account (credit card/loan/overdraft)
• Date commenced (ideally before April 2007)
• Approx balance
• Date last paid (approximate date you last made a FULL contractual payment)
• Are you on arrangement or not paying
• Status (default/in arrears/up-to-date)
• Account owner (who is writing to you, the original lender or a DCA or a debt purchaser)

If you haven't already sent a s 77-79 CCA Request then do that next but the CCA Request should be sent to the debt owner not their DCA.
