    Re: Desperate Dans Diary

I'll check uploads in morning but in meantime go to above link and confirm ccj please. It's only about a tenner.

Failing that ring the court. They'll send you a copy of any claim form.
I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website. I am extremely busy so if you do contact me or need a reply to a forum post then use the email or PM features offered because I do miss things and get tied up for days at a time!

If you spot any spammers, AE's, abusive or libellous posts or anything else that just doesn't feel right then please report them to me as soon as you spot them at: webmaster@all-about-debt.co.uk

Cheers will do that now, does it matter which address I put in as I have moved few times whilst dealing with these vampires?

The one of the claim! If you've had a few then feck knows

Maybe ring Northampton and see what they say. They'll have originated the claim so will tell you which court has the file. You need a copy of the judgment which the court provide. Do you know the claim number?

I dont even know if I have one but defo not more than one! The letter from Mortimer Clarke has a ref number, account number and a claim number so use that one yeah? Trust online only asking for an address to start the search, this is the address im not sure which to use as if they did obtain a CCJ then I could have been at any of 4 addresses when/if they served one. Or wont the address at this point matter?

Yep...ring Northhampton Court on 0845 408 5302 or 01604 619400 in the morning, they'll track it down and tell you which local court dealt with it..then ring/visit them and ask for a copy of the documents (there might be a nominal copying fee)

you will need the claim number cos CCBC do not have a search facility,

Its imperitive that the CCJ is tracked down as a matter of urgency, delay will defeat any chance you may have of setting the judgment aside so you must move fast.

Ill have a look back in later when the kids in bed

A not so fluffy bunny fact is that they recycle their own droppings as they digest it better the second time around...
