  • Removal of Entry

A CCJ was granted in August to an old address. It was set aside in November, a date for a full hearing was made and then the claim was discontinued. The CCJ is still showing on CreditKarma. Should it have been automatically removed or do we have to write to the ZcRA?

If Jo won the case ask her to deal. In any case I'd message Di.

No there should be no entry. It should be removed. It would be the Land Registry who you'd insist remove it. Check trustonline and see if it's gone. If so just message / dispute with CK.

Thank you. The court were very slow in sending the set aside document and Trust Online were almost as slow removing the CCJ! I will contact the office once they reopen after Christmas.

        Hello

I'll have a word with Jo about this tomorrow.

As you have said the CCJ was set aside in November. Once it was set aside it no longer existed.

        Di

No harm in seeing what your stance is. If it's set aside and you tell credit karma this, they will remove the entry.

You know you're in safe hands here
