Re: Parking Eye and hotel carpark
Don't know if you've visited their site recently but they have put a judgement on as a slap on the wrist to the parking company because the shared the details of a recent appeal. Their argument was very similar to the one you provided me and appeal was upheld hope parking companies haven't got clever and will start fighting back .....

Re: Parking Eye and hotel carpark
i know this is an old thread...but i just returned from holiday to find 2 demands from parking eye for £60 for overstaying 42 minutes...I am out of date for paying them (as if I would) but before I saw this thread I have sent an immediate appeal to them, on line..basically saying i've only just got back from holiday...i need time to verify they have a legitmate right, and that they are who they say they are etc etc..so I need 28 days and dont expect them to proceed with recovery action meanwhile. I mentioned if they were actually the land owner. What do you suggest I do ?
